To open the audio copy the track url to the field, and click ‘Download’ button (Press Enter).

You can use the bookmarklet, to easily open the audio on Deezer. Just drag and drop the ‘Deezer.Link Bookmarklet’ link to the Bookmarks, and click it on, when you playing a track on Deezer. This will instantly download the track, there is no conversion before!

• Are you sure you typed in a track url? (Looks like http://www.deezer.com/track/xxxxxxxx where the x holds for numbers) and press ENTER(return) key?
• Are you using the latest version of your browser? (Officially supported browsers Internet Explorer 10+, Google Chrome 24+, Mozilla Firefox 6+, Opera 23+ and the latest mobile versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera)
